Epps Advertising, a full-service advertising agency located in Trappe, PA, recently presented “Direct Mail That Works” to members of the Homebuilders Association (HBA) of Chester and Delaware Counties. Builders, realtors and associate members attended the program, presented by Linda Jacobs, Senior Art Director at Epps. With more than 27 years of experience in the advertising industry, Linda discussed creative alternatives to direct mail promotions.

The Sales and Marketing Council’s How-to Breakfast, titled “Bring ‘Em Back Alive,” was designed to educate HBA members on how to reconnect with long-lost visitors and how to entice them back to sales centers. The seminar included two other marketing specialists who presented additional low cost marketing ideas.
